White Horse Miniature Railway at The White Horse Country Park.

Enjoy a delightful day out at the White Horse Miniature Railway, nestled within the scenic White Horse Country Park. Whether you’re a railway enthusiast or simply seeking some family fun, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We hold public open days on the first Saturday of each month from April to September, with trains operating from 10:00 to 16:00. We also hold a Santa Specials event in December.

Light refreshments are available, making your visit even more enjoyable. So why not bring the family along for a memorable experience?

White Horse Miniature Railway is run by the West Wiltshire Society of Model Engineers – a welcoming group of around 80 members, including many family groups. Everyone is invited to join in the fun, regardless of age or experience.

Members’ interests range from building and running steam and diesel miniature railway engines to creating steam road vehicles in a variety of scales. Enthusiasm is all that’s needed – no prior knowledge or experience required.
